I’m proud to showcase my latest acquisition and new headquarters for Herman & Co. I remember when Tom Maira built this building back in 2006 and I stopped in to congratulate him. I remember thinking how beautiful the building was. And I was proud of Tom…a great guy and a legend in the real estate industry. I never in a million years thought that I would be in a position to own this building. I’m humbled and honored to be here. Thank you to everyone who believed in me and my vision…and continue to stand with me.
